Website Terms of Use

Terms for using the Belobrov Technologies website, verification pages and pilot-request experience.

1. Operator and status

Belobrov Technologies is a project and working brand currently operated in the Republic of Moldova by Belobrov Victor. The website does not represent that a company named “Belobrov Technologies SRL” or another legal entity with that name currently exists.

Effective date: 10 September 2026.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about Belobrov Technologies, enables demonstration product verification and allows prospective manufacturers or other organizations to request a pilot discussion. Submitting a pilot request does not create a paid subscription, service contract or obligation for either party.

3. Verification limitations

A “registered”, “active” or otherwise positive product status means that the presented identifier exists in the Belobrov Technologies registry with that status. Unless a deployment explicitly uses supported cryptographic authentication hardware and states otherwise, the service does not claim that a static NFC UID, QR code or static URL is unclonable or proves that the physical item itself is genuine.

Behavioral risk signals are indicators for review, not definitive findings of counterfeiting, fraud, ownership or identity.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • attempt unauthorized access to administrative functions, infrastructure or other users’ data;
  • interfere with service availability, security controls or verification records;
  • submit knowingly false, unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
  • misrepresent a verification result as providing a stronger assurance level than the service actually provides;
  • use the service to facilitate fraud, counterfeiting or deceptive trade practices.

5. Customer and user content

If you provide product names, photographs, logos, trademarks, descriptions or other materials, you represent that you own them or have sufficient permission to provide and use them for the intended pilot or demonstration. You retain your rights in those materials. You grant the operator only the limited permission needed to host, process and display them for the requested service.

The operator may remove material that is reasonably believed to be unlawful, infringing, deceptive or outside the scope of the service. Rights holders may use the legal contact channel below to report suspected infringement.

6. Intellectual property

The Belobrov Technologies interface, software, documentation and original content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party names, product marks and customer materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of a manufacturer’s trademark is claimed merely because it appears on a verification page.

7. Availability and third-party infrastructure

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or degraded. Pilot functionality may change as the product develops. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised unless a separate written service agreement states otherwise.

8. Liability and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public demo and pre-commercial pilot-request website are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-verification output should be interpreted together with the stated assurance level and any manufacturer-specific information.

9. Privacy

Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. Cookie use is described in the Cookie Notice.

10. Governing law and contact

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, subject to mandatory rules that may apply in another jurisdiction.

For legal, privacy or intellectual-property questions, contact victor.belobrov@proton.me.

11. Paid pilots

Any paid pilot should be governed by a separate written agreement describing scope, price, responsibilities, data-processing roles, retention, assurance level, support, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality and liability. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed pilot agreement, the signed pilot agreement should govern that paid pilot to the extent of the conflict.
